If a previous color did not go to plan
Corrective work is its own service and its own conversation. Banding, patchiness, a box dye that has gone green or an at-home bleach that lifted unevenly all need diagnosing before anything is applied, because the wrong second step makes the first one permanent. Bring photographs of what has been done and roughly when, and expect the first appointment to be longer than a standard color.
If you are working out what to do about gray
Full coverage is not the only option and it is not always the best one.
